Sltkng provides a digital platform that allows users to:

• Browse Services: View available barbershop services, pricing, and availability
• Book Appointments: Schedule grooming appointments with participating barbershops
• Generate QR Codes: Create digital check-in codes for appointment verification
• Track Statistics: Monitor booking history, service preferences, and spending patterns
• Receive Notifications: Get updates about appointments, promotions, and service announcements
• Access Promotions: View and redeem special offers, discounts, and loyalty rewards

Our Service acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent barbershop businesses. We do not provide barbering services directly.

Booking and Appointments

Appointment Booking

When you book an appointment through our Service:

• You agree to arrive at the scheduled time and location
• You must present your QR code for service verification
• You are responsible for any applicable service fees
• You agree to treat barbershop staff and facilities with respect

Cancellations and No-Shows

Regarding appointment cancellations:

• You may cancel appointments through the app or by contacting the barbershop
• Cancellation policies may vary by barbershop and service type
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or booking restrictions
• Repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension

Service Modifications

Barbershops may need to:

• Reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
• Modify service availability or pricing
• Cancel appointments for operational reasons

We will notify you promptly of any changes and assist with rebooking when possible.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Post, share, or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or barbershop staff
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

• Use automated systems (bots) to access or interact with the Service
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Engage in fraudulent booking practices or payment schemes

Content Standards

Any content you provide must be:

• Truthful and not misleading
• Respectful and appropriate for all audiences
• Original or properly licensed
• Free of viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Compliant with intellectual property rights

Payments and Fees

Service Fees

Regarding payments for barbershop services:

• Prices displayed in the app may not include taxes or gratuities
• Payment is typically due at the time of service

App Usage

Our mobile application is free to download and use. However, we reserve the right to:

Refunds

Refund policies are determined by individual barbershops. We may assist with refund requests but cannot guarantee refunds for services provided by third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sltkng and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

By submitting content to our Service, you:

• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content
• Represent that you own or have the right to submit such content
• Agree that your content may be used for service improvement and marketing purposes
• Retain ownership of your original content

Sltkng and related logos are trademarks of Sltkng. Other trademarks appearing in our Service are the property of their respective owners.

Barbershop Services

We are not responsible for:

• Actions or conduct of barbershop staff
• Disputes between users and barbershops
• Injuries or damages occurring at barbershop locations

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sltkng, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of the rights of another party
• Your conduct in connection with the Service
• Any content you submit to the Service

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in the app
• Contacting us directly
• Uninstalling the application

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Cause damage to our Service or reputation

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:
